Gianna Vani, present and owner of Reno Tahoe Interior Design, started interior designing in Chicago as an apprentice for her mother, Beth Vani. As as a licensed interior designer for 30+ years, Beth was full of knowledge only learned through experiences. Beth taught Gianna hands-on by exposing her to home staging projects for private owners, remodels, home renovations, and complete demolition followed by new construction. During that time, she learned the basics of the trade from a seasoned professional in the field. Studying the industry standards for color pallet selections, selections of hard and soft materials, rules of 3s, array of design styles, and more. She also adapted standards for home staging like the basics of form following function, the need for simplicity, and what attracts customers, renters, and buyers to a staged space. In December of 2021, Gianna moved to Stateline, Nevada, and Reno Tahoe Interior Design was created. Gianna has interior designed private residences, long term rentals, and commercial spaces in the area. Today, Gianna has been consulting, staging, and designing spaces professionally for the past 13 years.
